Policies & Disclaimers

1. The rates are net in Thai Baht per room per night including breakfast, government tax, and service charge.
2. Festivals apply for the following periods : Songkran (April 11-15, 2009), Phitakhon (2009), New Year (December 31, 2008-January 4, 2009).
3. For any GIT reservation enquiry of more than 10 rooms, rates will be advised on case by case basis.
4. Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 12 noon.
5. Pre booked day-use until 6 p.m. will be charged at 50% of contract rate and 100% after 6 p.m.
6. Rates are not applicable for electronic commerce transactions.  These rates must not be featured either directly or indirectly on the internet.        Separate internet rates are available upon request.
